Gerald spends his hours working nine to five Dressed in tailored suit and tie Gerald has a secret he cannot deny When the full moon fills the night Back home he locks the door and downs his sleeping pills Lays his body on the bed Shackles on to stop him running to the hills Feels a change within his head His nails grow Sharp teeth begin to show He hopes that no one knows What really lurks below There's a full moon out tonight Gerald's got an awful bite Better bolt your doors and turn out all your lights There's a full moon out tonight Gerald reads the paper, drinks a cup of joe Listens to his radio Massacre on Main Street, five discovered dead Bite marks and limbs ripped to shreds Gerald tried to fight but nothing could be done He's a threat to everyone Turning up the dial, a smile grows on his face Waits another thirty days An open door No shackles anymore He's part of local lore He lives for blood and gore There's a full moon out tonight Gerald's got an awful bite Better bolt your doors and turn out all your lights There's a full moon out tonight There's a full moon out tonight Gerald's got an awful bite Better bolt your doors and turn out all your lights There's a full moon out tonight

Under the sea below where the algae grows And the sun cannot be found And all the turtles know where the EAC flows Yeah, they're chasing that groovy sound You'd be in disbelief down in the Barrier Reef There are no sea creatures in sight There's fliers on the street, just follow the beat We'll party down at Pandora tonight They're doing the eight-legged tentacle tangle tango It puts your body in an awkward angle The octopus will show you what to do Soon you'll be doing the tentacle tango, too Mediterranean mermaids joined in song As their tails bobbed along And Nessie busts a move to the sea urchin's groove Breaking waves as the dance goes on Poseidon danced a ton with the megalodon As tidal waves crept towards the shore Emerging from the deep, awoken from his sleep The mighty Kraken hit the floor To do the eight-legged tentacle tangle tango It put his body in an awkward angle The octopus had shown him what to do And soon he was doing the tentacle tango, too Eight-legged tentacle tangle tango It puts your body at an awkward angle The octopus will show you what to do Soon you'll be doing the tentacle tango, too This ain't no lobster rock The monsters ain't a-mashing If you wanna dance along Just follow the Kraken Just take an arm And then another And then another And then another And another And another And another And another Eight-legged tentacle tangle tango It puts your body in an awkward angle The octopus will show you what to do Soon you'll be doing the tentacle tango, too Eight-legged tentacle tangle tango It puts your body at an awkward angle The octopus will show you what to do Soon you'll be doing the tentacle tango, too

Come, come to my arms Find peace and warmth Beneath the moon we'll play Play with the stars With me the world is ours Leave, leave all your cares Woes and despairs Have no place in the world In the world you're alone Nothing above, come home Fall under my spell The waves they won't tell Come hear my song and rest Rest in my arms Darkness will do no harm Let go, join me, come below Let go, join me, come below Find, find what you long Peace in my song Answer my dear to love Eternal and sweet Lay down your head and sleep

about

This EP was the result of a collaboration for a college course. Carlos and Alex first worked together creating two short songs - "Bueno Dog" and "Peanuts" - for a class Carlos was taking. From those two songs came the genius creative partnership between Carlos and Alex. So they set their sights on a new project: a holiday album. Since both of them work in entertainment in Branson, MO, they decided Christmas wouldn't be their focal point. Naturally, they chose the holiday least acknowledged in Branson: Halloween.

They tossed around ideas while they worked and eventually settled on a few subjects: the general supernatural, classic Halloween tunes, and hidden messages.

The general supernatural subject started as a skanking werewolf, which ended up transforming into "About Gerald...," a fun song that dabbles with morality and a lack of self-control. The song plays out like a slasher film with heart.

From classic Halloween tunes like "Monster Mash," "Love Potion No. 9," and "Rock Lobster" came the "Eight-Legged Tentacle Tangle Tango." The song is in and out in under three minutes, like many 60s pop tunes. Much like the "Monster Mash" is a song about a dance that no one knows, the "Tentacle Tango" follows suit.

For the final tune, "Siren Song," listeners are lured to the depths by an irresistible love song. But how innocent is it? Listen closely to find the hidden message, barely audible over the waves.

As an added bonus, if you download all three songs, you receive an alternate version of the Siren Song, thanks to Janie Johnson.
